Method
How a study runs
Every engagement follows the same five stages, because the order is what protects the finding.
- 01Scoping. The question is written down precisely, with the decision it is meant to inform and the evidence that would change the answer.
- 02Design. Sampling, instruments, and analysis plan are fixed in advance and shared with the commissioning party.
- 03Collection. Field enumeration, remote sensing, drone survey, administrative records, or interviews — with consent, safety, and data protection documented.
- 04Analysis. Results are produced against the pre-agreed plan; deviations are declared. Limitations are stated in the report, not buried in an annex.
- 05Publication and handover. Findings, method, and — where permitted — data are released so others can check and reuse them.
